09/03/10: Linguistic Courses at Wycliffe Japan
“The Lord will work out His plans for my life—for Your faithful
love, O Lord, endures
forever…” (Psalm 138:8, NLT).
During the first two weeks of September, Wycliffe Japan will hold
two short courses which teach the basics of cross-cultural
communication and linguistics. Fifteen participants are signed up
for the first phase, a three-day program, and eight participants for
the second phase, a seven-day course.

Pray
for all of the course attendees, that the Lord will speak to their
hearts and minds as they seek His guidance for their future
involvement in Bible translation.

Pray
that the participants will gain a greater understanding of
translation work, and as a result, become key prayer supporters of
language projects around the world.
·
Pray
for safety, good health, and stamina for everyone involved in the
courses, including the staff members.
